Goat Costume Contest, 2007 Illinois State Fair

From what I saw on TV, the goat costume contest appears to be the highlight of the fair, which ended today. From News 10 Now:

Over at the goat barn, there was entertainment of a completely different kind as kids and kids participated in the Dairy Goat Costume Contest. The goats and their handlers had numerous costumes including Captain Hook and Tony Stewart. Organizers say it is one of the most popular events they put together during the entire fair. Animals are certainly one of the big things people come here to see.
