Easter is just around the corner and that can only mean one thing – Cadbury (Hershey in the U.S.) is selling their famous seasonal eggs. The company only sells the popular treat for a few months each year. What makes the egg so special? Most likely the fondant center. Here’s some more random information on the egg around the world:
- In the U.K., McDonald’s is selling a Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry. Check out the very racy ad here. Apparently the concoction is similar to sex.
- The British also have the option of purchasing ‘Creme Egg Twisted‘, which is essentially an egg, but in Twix form.
- New Zealanders have a few alternative flavors of egg, including Peppermint, Caramello, and White Chocolate.
And who doesn’t remember the beloved clucking bunny that started it all. He sure was hilarious.
