Heterochromia of the eye comes in two varieties. In complete heterochromia, one iris is a different color from the other whereas in partial heterochromia or sectoral heterochromia, part of one iris is a different color from its remainder. In animals, one eye is usually blue. The condition is fairly rare in humans and is usually hereditary.

A few celebrities with heterochromia of the eye include: Christopher Walken, Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn), Max Scherzer (baseball player), Kate Bosworth, Tim McIlrath (Rise Against), Dan Aykroyd, Mila Kunis, Jessica Cauffiel, Elizabeth Berkley. All are pictured below, but if people don’t do it for you, you can find pictures of dogs and cats over at Flickr.
