Back in the day, pin-up advertising was all the rage. Many ginger ale makers hopped on the bandwagon of selling products via sex appeal, but none matched the grace and elegance of Schweppes. The aptly titled “Schweppes Pin-Up Series” features a variety of women asking the same question, “Are You A Schweppicure?” Urban Dictionary has two definitions for the term, but Schweppes defines ‘Schweppicure’ as a kind of epicure who expects the presence of Schweppervescence. Now that’s a tongue-twister!
